Game of Thrones - A Telltale Games Series is an episodic game available on PlayStation 4. The game consists of six parts with an emphasis given to the TV series by HBO. The game follows the story of five playable characters and does not correlate with the TV-show but rather complements it with in-between details.
The gameplay is structured as a point-and-click adventure with high attention paid to the choices. The game includes QTEs, dialogues, cutscenes, and investigation parts. The QTEs require the player to mash buttons repeatedly, while the dialogues section allows the player to choose options to answer, and the investigation part involves pointing-and-clicking on the objects. After every episode, the player is given information about his or her choices and can compare their decisions to the preferences of other players in the world.
